Individual Counseling
$200 per 50-minute session
I am not currently taking insurance, however I am happy to provide a superbill as insurance may cover part of your bill (learn more)!

Group Counseling
$40 per 90-minute session
I am happy to announce the launch of our latest group: Nourishing and Flourishing. This group will focus on developing a healthier relationship with our bodies, fostering self-compassion, and developing meaningful connections with other people facing similar struggles. This group will meet via telehealth on a weekly basis for 10 weeks. The group will have a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 10 participants.

Consultation
$200 per 60-minute session
I offer professional consultation services to businesses, clinics, community and professional organizations on topics including eating disorder treatment, supporting first-generation college students, and fostering multicultural awareness and inclusion.
